Adds 3 new pipe and pipe-to-ground entity sets to the game: copper; stone; and plastic. Copper has vanilla iron pipe stats. Stone can carry more fluid than iron, and plastic pipe-to-grounds are long. There are many mods that add pipes to the game, but on my server network, we've felt this is the right balance. Bravo to Zombiee for the pipe graphics, and to bob for letting me adapt his pipe graphic algorithm.
