This is a fork of the clusterio mod -- https://mods.factorio.com/mod/clusterio -- as used on my server network. It contains the following modifications, that I remember, from the master branch:
- clusterio machines are inactive until a rocket has been launched
- sending fluids to the cluster is disabled (but you can still receive fluids -- use barrels to send)
- fluid receiving recipes have been moved to the clusterio tab

There is a tiny modification you can make to the researchSync plugin to prevent technology from being shared until a rocket is launched, too. The tech sharing behaviour isn't contained in the mod. Let me know if you want help doing that.
