informatron does not appear to be actually optional.
When I attempt to launch the game (v1.0) with only Adamo Chemical (v0.3.4) and Simple Silicon (v1.2.2) enabled, I get:
1.986 Loading mod adamo-chemical 0.3.4 (data.lua)
1.992 Error ModManager.cpp:1514: Failed to load mod "adamo-chemical": adamo-chemical/data.lua:7: attempt to call global 'informatron_make_image' (a nil value)

The mod loads fine when I add informatron.
