Vill's Recipe Randomizer (2.x)


Randomizes all recipe ingredients to make every game feel different! Fully configurable, theoretically works with all mods, checks dependencies, keeps recipes fair! Credit goes to Villfuk02 for the version that works on 1.x.

b Incompatibility with space age

No matter what settings I change, and even with no other mods, if space age is enabled none of the recipes get randomized. if I hover over a recipe and view the mods that effect it, Zrecipe randomizer is not listed.

I looked through current.log and it says "item missing: item.wood"
I have wood and fish set as starting items, rather than being unlocked after gleba (I have other mods to get those two from the start)

Actually, I just tried resetting all the mod settings and still no recipes are randomized (meaning it is not because of the wood thing), I am also playing with exfret's randomizer, and vill's recipe randomizer is on the latest version (2.0.9).

Update: I have determined that the problematic mod is hot metals, for whatever reason having it enabled stops all recipe randomization.

when I determined that it was hot metals, I also had exfret's and everything spoilage (set to random mode).

Yeah, this mod isn't compatible with other recipe randomizers. Exfret's randomizer was published later than this port, so it didn't make the list of conflicts.
