ZFuel Group
Sorts all Fuels (also made by mods) and their corresponding recipes in the recipe book.

Settings
Disable Group {default=true}
have the fuel sorted into the top line in intermediate products (0A) rather than in the exclusive Fuels group
Disable this to have the custom group show up
Sort Structures {default=false}
include structures items into the subgroup
in case the user does want to group wooden chests and other structures usable as fuel (just a meme setting)
TODO
• exclude [subgroup="agriculture-products"] from the sorting
• exclude tiles from the sorting
• try to change startup settings to runtime (player) settings, to avoid restart for a simple reorder
• sort the sorted groups once more based on either: acceleration for vehicles, duration of 1 fuel unit, max top speed.
