- New setting to change how fast the mod checks for vehicles and adds the fuel, this should improve things a bit.
- Added back the fuel item to vehicle fuel slot.

- Transformer will now buffers and put energy if it has more than 2MJ so recharge your vehicle faster for it to work.
- Transformer energy and fuel energy is now 4MJ and 2MJ.
