this mod has some conflict with the newer texture of factorio, you can fix it by changing the texture in the mod or wait until traineratwot fix these issue.

but if i'm raineratwot i'm probably going to fix that mod when the latest 0.18 came out to avoid other pronlems

if you want I can try to fix the mod, it dosen't seem to be too hard but my version will be a partial fix (the texture fixed will appear with a bad scal in the game)

As for me, You can try. I do not know how those mods work, nor how to change them. The only one I can manage is Superman, cause there is just a txt file ;)

I managed to find the corresponding entity within error, changed file name for the rocket silo and then it came with an error on offshore pump.

I had to download version 0.17 and copy old pump into new folder and game started :)

I've the same issue.
By 0.18.20 the rocket silo has changed.
Please update the mod

xMaverik how do you alter the silo info
