My Changes:
- Changed crafting speed boost for Workbenches Mk1, 2, and 3
- Fixed all workbenches being unlocked at the start
- Revamped crafting recipe for Workbench Mk4
- Better Technology requirements for unlocking Mk2, 3, and 4
- Locked Workbench mk3 and 4 placement to the tile grid
(because they're buildings)
- Improved item descriptions language localization
