Hello,
just letting you know that the change log for this mod is not showing up in game, the ingame mod browser is very strict when it come to the change log format and will not show change logs which don't follow the format.

From a quick look into the file it looks like the only error is that you're missing the 99 dashes between 1.3.0 and 1.3.1. Should that not be the only error and if you are unsure what else maybe a problem, I would recommend you to check out the Changelog Format, for detailed information on the formatting.

More of a opinion of mine, but i would change the order of the whole change log, right now to see the newest change you need the scroll all the way to the bottom of the list. I think it is better to sort changes logs from newest on the top to the oldest on the bottom.
