This mod speed up elements in the game with factor specified in setting.
The speed factor is mostly calculated with element base speed * factor.

All group element is modified, other mod element are also modified if already loaded when this mod load.
Need testing with other mod for compatibility.

Modified element with speed factor:
- Mining drill
- Assembly machine
- Furnace
- Generator
- Lab
- Transport belt
- Underground belt
- Splitter
- Loader
- Inserter

In addition, you can activate easy logistic.
- Does not affect research
- All logistic activated at statup
- Very, very, very low cost for all chest, robot and roboport
- Robot does not consume energy
- Robot speed is accelerated in conjonction with speed factor
- Modifiy only base game item, not additional mod item

Robot : Add setting for energy consumption : Need brainstorm
Generator : Balancing the algorithm for water consumption
Loading : Add setting to chose the loading step for elements : Stage 1, 2 or 3 (Other mod compatibility / forcing)
