Allows robots to charge from the nearest roboport wirelessly.
If a roboport is overloaded with too many robots recharging themselves the roboport will go offline. This may cause your network to become split or resources become inaccessible.
Will make games with many roboports run slowly. It takes my 40 FPS game with 4k roboports down to about 10 FPS. The variable "distribute" on the first line of control.lua will distribute the processing of the roboports evenly over X ticks. Default is 1, suggested value for large maps is 60+.
