Construction drone only use 1 chest while placing merged chest but when deconstructed give back correct amount of chest. ex: i have 10 chest, i place 10 wide chest, now i have 9 chest, after i deconstruct the merged chest, i have 19 chest

yes this is klonan mod

Yes, this was already reported, this is however caused by some problem in magic klonan was using to create his mod. I suggest reporting a bug for him as well, since it may also affect vanilla entities like rails.
