My first guess would be that loader mod checks if center of chest is one suqre avobe it. Since chests from my mod don't have their center in position where loader mod expects them the chest is not found. If that is the case, they would have to fix it on their end.
Can you post link to loader mod you are refering to? I will look into their script when in my free time.
