Especially when using the alien biomes mod a lot of biomes are absolutely covered in rocks. By perusing the spawnFactory.lua file it looks like only trees are removed, but not the various kinds of rocks, and thus the WSF's rarely if ever get spawned, in fact possibly any neutral entity of type "simple-entity" (which rocks are) could potentially be removed outright?
