Hello, I am having an issue where no matter how many times I turn off and on the "Placement collides with items" setting It doesn't change, I can't place water over trees or anything, it's not other mods because I tried it with cliffs and it still didn't work, unless one of the mods I'm using changes the code of cliffs I have no idea what's going wrong. Do you know what the issue is?

Its working fine for me i just tested switiching it on and off but i did have a weird thing were i had to enable it and restart twice before it applied the setting properly, you can check the setting is active when in game by going to settings > mod settings > startup and make sure its ticked. if its not ticked then try enabling and restarting a couple of times then load your save and check again.
