So what you're saying is that you can't block biters or cars or even players with this water? That sounds great!
Yep! It acts entirely like both normal terrain, and water! Both preventing you from building like water, and boats from the cargo ships mod can go on it, you can too, and you can extract water from it using pumps, keeping the same usage as regular water, just not as an infinitely strong wall.
