I'm running this mod in an SE playthrough and found it wasn't working - I couldn't place any walls in shallow water. I did a bit of testing, and it seems including the Alien Biomes mod in any capacity breaks it, as I couldn't place walls in any kind of water no matter the settings, even when it's just Alien Biomes & Water-Friendly Walls. Removing Alien Biomes fixed the issue and I was able to place walls in water as per the startup settings. I'm assuming something was adjusted in Alien Biomes for its 2.1 update that breaks this mod.
