Update the mod to 1.0.1 manually and it fixed for me.

This should indeed be fixed by updating the mod. OP's screenshot matches the report in https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Warehousing/discussion/672e7b09cda4107bd24c6781 which was fixed in Warehousing 1.0.1
Yep, that fixed it! Thanks! Was a little finicky setting it up on the server me and a friend have, but after purging the folder and reinstalling the update it worked fine.
