Is there a way to get these warehouses in 2x2 or 4x4 sizes instead of the 3x3 and 6x6?
Not with this mod, no. Additional warehouse sizes are an idea out there (someone submitted prototype code for it a while back), but we haven't decided whether to implement them.
ok - reason for asking is that it better aligns with balancers like the 4x4
