I have a warehouse set for only iron ore but another set for anything and my drones are taking from the iron ore warehouse to the other open one.
Whatever's happening is from the core game mechanics or another mod. Warehousing buildings are just reskinned chests, really. This mod doesn't change anything about logistic robot behavior.
