i Crafting Speed

Why does the warehouse take half a second to craft? That seems a little unrealistic, considering how large the buildings are. Maybe the warehouses could take 15 or 30 seconds to make, similar to the buildings in Factorissimo2.

Crafting speed, building health, capacity, research, etc. are going to be rebalanced for Factorio 0.17.

This slipped my mind during the prep for Factorio 0.17 because the crafting time wasn't defined anywhere in the existing files (0.5 is the default, apparently).

Crafting time will be updated in a future version, probably 0.2.1 (planned for next week, to allow time for new and updated translations to settle).

Crafting time is defined as energy_required. It's not obvious, but that's the variable that affects crafting time. 1 is equal to one second.

Just devoting some time to other projects for a few days while translators get a chance to contribute strings for the new stuff.
