i Capacity inconsistencies / direct replace 'explosions'

First a few issues:
- Direct replacing a full storage (yellow) storehouse/warehouse with any of the other types results in its excess contents overflowing out onto the map.
- Doing the above within a confined space (Factorissimo building/small map/etc) will hang the game indefinitely as it tries to figure out where to put the overflow that has extended beyond the available map space.

Now for the suggestions / improvements / fixes to the above:
- Recommend increasing all warehouse capacities to 2000. The other warehouses' current storage of only 800 comes out to less than half of the capacity of an equivalent 6x6 grid of steel chests (22.2 per tile vs. 48 for a steel chest).
- Recommend increasing storage storehouse capacity to 500 units. Its current capacity of 300 makes it less space efficient than a 3x3 grid of storage chests (432).
- Recommend increasing the other storehouse capacities to match above, and to prevent the spillover issue for those. The current capacity of 150 on those is 1/3rd of a 3x3 grid of steel chests, or similar to a 3x3 grid of wooden chests, which doesn't make sense from a logical standpoint given the amount of floor space they take up.
