What do you think about adding an option to bring the quality runes back on par with quality modules? Adding back the speed penalty to quality, and removing the bonus .5% quality?

Void likes gambling, but optionally likes bigger sprawling voidworks subfactories dedicated to gambling?

There is speed penalty to quality, but there is no quality penalty to speed, it's that way around.

I suppose I could add config options though, sure.

Pushed update with config options for quality runes bonus and malus, as well as a toggle for whether speed runes decrease quality and by how much.
