Changes to power production and distribution.
What do the following UI parameters mean when clicking on the turbine? 1. Buffer size (are they also accumulators?) 2. Power production (is this a cheat setting?) 3. Power usage (do they consume power when the wind is not blowing?)
1) is a buffer for 1 game tick (1/60s). If the buffer is 1 Joule, then max throughput will be 1*60 Watt.
2) power production is max power output, but 1). 3) it can make the drain too, but we are need the 0 consumption.
