Thanks, and yeah i've been in discussion threads with devs about it. But they propably don't have a good fix in mind yet, so maybe in the future or maybe not. At least the issue is known.
Agreed, this should be in vanilla!
apparently the devs said F you to all players and just decided it's useless unmodded state was good enough.
