Done. https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?t=31752 ... discussion says all kinds of "iffy" stuff but it does seem to work. It doesn't update the tooltip in realtime if you change controls ingame. Propably game restart will.
Minor minor thing, I also changed it to "vehicles snapping". I do think that's how it should be said.
