Need more info, still looks the same for me. What kind of 'jittering'? Make car drive straight when snapping is enabled until it does that. Just keep it driving in this angle, you need a long straight. Now press shift-V so snapping goes off. Is it still doing it? Because that's just vanilla game's drawing problem then.
