I've noticed that recently (or several months back; haven't been playing much) electric vehicles unloaded from wagons don't work right but flash a "fuel" icon. The workaround seems to be to pick up the vehicle and re-place it (installed equipment remains in the vehicle, so not a big deal).
Any idea why? Previously the vehicles would work, but induction charging would not without re-installing at one power plate.
