Use a winch to haul your fully-laden combat vehicle onto a flatbed train car and take it along with you on your rail journey!

Transportation of the player, be it vehicles or teleporters.
So I loaded my game today which had my car on a wagon. I go to unload it and the winch disappears. Tried a few more times and still the same result. I can't get the car off the train now. I suspect something in the new update might be causing this.
