Fluids (oil, lith water, ground water) in main and bobs mods are no longer infinite.

Please make it also apply to the sea/water oil patches introduced by cargo ships mod.
I tried at one point, they do something different with theirs and I couldn't figure it out at the time. I'll see about it in the future but I haven't played this game in a while.
