Display utilization of various buildings as a percentage for the last 60 seconds (configurable by type - 60 is the default for all types except reactors, which default to 1200 seconds or 20 minutes). 100% utilization means the building was fully working in every single tick in the last 60 seconds. Buildings low on power will show a corresponding reduction in utilization, as will item shortages, overfills, or any other condition keeping the building from its peak performance.
The percentage numbers will initially show orange until the mod has collected one full cycle (60 seconds) of data, after which they will turn white to let you know the numbers are stable.
It is generally mod compatible - let me know if something isn't working that should be.
