It was an upgrade from the previous version (2.9) to 3.0 version. On the map is exist only min/max and reciver/emitter combinators.
Perhaps the problem is that I use the min/max combinator as a memory cell for one value. Which is convenient to re-record by giving another signal greater than 1.
Now i try to instal last wersion so (2.9 => 3.3) and first time i got a factorio crash:

But when i try to launch it a second time(checked a factorio updates first, but no updates the game have last version) saves is sucsesfull loaded and working fine.
