Other than increased level of gore and weapon s/vfx, the mod also include new researchable weapons like Q2 Railgun, Swarm Blaster, Thermal Lance, Grenade Launcher, Assault Rifle, Assault Shotgun, Combat Pistol, Plasma Rifle, Uranium Blaster and Plasma Grenade, each with somewhat unique visual and sound effects.
