I tried to change both mod settings, to make mod use less UPS. Does not matter are they default 100, 0, or set to 20, 60. It uses same 0.8ms, and that's too much, from my point of view. Any way to fix it?
update:
When I saw numbers blinking several times per second it was apparently that delay is not set.
Seems have to change them in setting-mods inside current game, not on main screen options. Then it works well.

The runtime mod settings on the main menu only apply to new games, not saved games. Like you said, you have to load the game and open mod settings from the pause menu to change a setting after the game has started.
