Rework module bonuses. Now the bonuses of the modules grow exponentially with increasing levels. The starting value, multipliers and some other parameters are configurable.
For example (on default mod settings):
Speed module 1/2/3:
    -Energy consumption: +50%/+100%/+200%
    -Speed: +20%/+40%/+80%
Efficiency module 1/2/3:
    -Energy consumption: -25%/-50%/-100%
    -Pollution: -5%/-10%/-20%
Productivity module 1/2/3:
    -Energy consumption: +25%/+50%/+100%
    -Speed: -5%/-10%/-20%
    -Productivity: +5%/+10%/+20%
    -Pollution: +5%/+10%/+20%
The final bonus/penalty is equal to base bonus/penalty * module tier * multiplier. First and last parameters can be changed in mod settings.
Also you can enable/disable each additional effect (for example, pollution on productivity module).
Compatible with any mods that do not change the effects of modules (like Krastorio 2).
