Both turrets already have a setting to adjust the firing range.
As for the maximum range of the cannon turret, I am unfortunately limited by the projectile’s range. If I increase the firing range of the turret, the turret will fire at enemies that are outside the shell’s range, resulting in a waste of ammunition. Just like now, if you're in a tank and you fire at enemies that are too far away, the shell will travel a certain distance before exploding in mid-air.
At present, cannon turret already have the advantage of being able to hit multiple asteroids thanks to their piercing power.
