g Usage in personal grid

Hello, I love the mod! Is there any chance that you could make these compatible with personal/armor equipment grids? It could also be really cool to see a missile launcher and other variants. Thank you!

Hi,
Yes, personal armor can be added - I'll make it an optional feature in settings. As factorio allows to automatically shoot with equipment weaponry being inside vehicles, it requires some special fix in the mod.
Missiles/capsules launchers, cannons or artillery can be added, but it will make the game way too easy (like bob's vehicle plasma cannon) and boring. Why not to shoot these weapons traditional way from gun inventory while using shotgun/minigun/flame pods for defense?

Hello, that's great to hear! I've been poking around in the files and couldn't figure out how to make it work with personal armor - adding support for the grid type doesn't seem to allow the turrets to draw from the inventory -

I agree with the rampant arsenal concerns. My biggest problem with that mod is that I think that the turrets fire too fast, and incidentally the fact that your mod requires ammo + energy, with really strong balancing, is something I think is awesome.

Please let me know if there's any future plans I can help with! I really like what you've done here and would love to contribute wherever possible, be it ideas, bugfixing, possibly even graphics, etc.

One other thing - can you think of a good way to support quality? As is, the switching between the "empty" and "full" states seems to erase quality on items.

Probably later. I don't like Quality mod, I don't play with DLC. I don't have it and no plans to obtain it so far (it's useless for me except Elevated Rails mod). So I'll implement something according to API documentation (looks simple so far), but someone will have to test it.
