Hey! So the mod auto-adds AI variants of all regular vehicles and spidertrons. So I have an AI car and an AI tank which I can remote control. There's other vehicles too like chaingunners and flame tanks but they only extend the car/tank prototypes so any vehicle mods apply to all.
Probably you are about what AAI vehicle is adding to game. I know it. Alright. But I don't play with it and don't recommend this mod to others, because it's useless (overpowered for easy games, and can't be used in difficult games till megabases - and there it slows down UPS too much to play with it).
A common use case for me is, that I would wanna equip non-military AAIvehicles like miners/trucks etc with some form of self-defence.
Miner is added by other mod and normally player is controlling it unless AAIvehicles is installed. Now I don't understand if problem is about
- automated vehicles (whatever they be, they won't work with TurretPod now till I'll waste my time on AAIvehicle - it's a low priority).
- particular vehicle not automated vehicle - please name it and I'll take a look. It's an issue to fix with high priority, if it's car/tank derivative of course.
