I'm posting this here, too, as I just found an older thread on this issue at the other mod where the mod author thought that the issue wasn't on their end.

On startup, with this mod and Offshore P.U.M.P.S. and Ground Water enabled, game crashes with this error:

Error while loading recipe prototype "request-offshore-pump" (recipe): Difficulty normal: Value (455000.000000) outside of range. The data type allows values from 0 to 65535 in property tree at ROOT.recipe.request-offshore-pump.results.7.amount
Modifications: Transport Drones › Offshore P.U.M.P.S. and Ground Water

Oddly, if I also have the Alien Biomes mod enabled, the error does not occur.
