Ah, okay. That item is actually from More Science, but is removed later by https://mods.factorio.com/mod/MoreScience-BobAngelsExtension to make it use the Purified Water from AngelBob, and I assume what is happening is you make your request recipes in data, then later the item is removed.

No idea why the error blamed Angel's Refining. It has nothing to do with that.
