The basic road surface has a 150% speed. The fast road is 200%. Asphalt is 150%, which is a pity. Should I bump it up to 200% so that it is as good a the fast road?
Done. Roads will be boosted to 200% or fast road speed, whichever is faster (fast roads are already 200%, but this should at least not break if transport drones alters that in future).
