Simple mod that adds a hotkey (default: 'j') to toggle manual/automatic control of trains.

When in a train (locomotive or wagon), simply press the hotkey to toggle between automatic and manual control.

Modeled after the similar functionality in FARL and Honk, but without the FARLing and Honking.
