Train Mode Switcher

Provides a hotkey (default ctrl-shift-x) which will toggle the currently highlighted train between automatic and manual mode.

If no train is selected, it will provide a selection tool instead (like a cut/paste tool) which can be dragged across one or more trains to toggle them between automatic and manual mode. Alternatively a "No Toggling" mod setting makes the selection tool to set all trains to automatic when dragging normally, or manual when dragging in alt-mode (by holding shift).
