after changing the setting 'show "Todo list" button' to false and then changing it back again the minimize button disappeared and I can't minimize to list at all. I have tried disabling the mod and when that failed i uninstalled the mod but nothing helped.

Most probably you also updated to .17? This changes the available space.

If that thread does not solve your problem I'll take a look and we'll figure it out :)

Other than that you can also minimize the window by clicking on the Todo list button ;)
