Texugo Wind Generator Reloaded

Wind generators produce free energy, but are expensive and don't have a steady output.
Adds 4 tiers of turbines, from small wood generators to the titanic wind turbine.

This is a continuation of Texugo Wind Generator for Factorio 2.1.

Changes in this version

• Factorio 2.1 support
• The rocket control unit in the titanic turbine recipe is replaced by processing units (the item no longer exists)
• Turbines built by space platforms and by other mods also get their hidden power pole
• German translation

With Krastorio 2 the turbines produce 2.5 times the listed output, because Krastorio 2 raises the heat capacity of steam.

Saves that use "Texugo Wind Generator" (Texugo_windgenerator) keep their turbines: disable the old mod and enable this one.
