Something I think would fit well into this mod would be a space platform craft multiplier and possibly a rocket cargo size increase. Granted, that's not exactly terrain in the same sense as these other things :)
Yeah, that sounds like a different mod to me. Say, "space domination tools" or some such :) Not a bad idea per se, but a bit out-of-scope here. I'd check that there isn't a mod which does this already. For instance, there's Better Space Platform for platform cost, and there are a bunch of rocket capacity mods out there. Would those work?
