Teleportation_Redux

Mid and late-game techs for teleportation devices. Adds beacons which allow teleportation between them, and equipment that allows teleporting within vision range, including radars, using a remote. Both methods require power proportional to the distance traveled. Also includes optional telelogistics technology which transfers items from a Teleprovider chest to a selected Beacon (hit R on the chest to set it). Original by Apriori, updated to 0.17+ by Silari.

hello
i love mod but find it way to easy so i change some stuff -
beacon buffer_capacity = "3000MJ", input_flow_limit = "30MW" // equipment buffer_capacity = "10000MJ", in config.lua all energy x10 - this from my notes but i had to do this everytime mod updates
so my suggestion is pls add those things to settings in game so there is no need to manually change everything in mod files , little change but fun for all i think, even those who want make it easier or whatever
also (much less important) would be cool to add some option to up tech requirments, we dont use telelogistic part so cant say about that but even for personal use we find it too much game changing early game and also once you get it (which is quite fast) there is no point use vehicles

There should be settings in the next version to set beacon buffer and charge rates, as well as equipment energy required to jump to a beacon, beacon energy to jump to/from a beacon, and equipment energy required per meter to jump to a location. It'll still be a little bit though, as I need to fix a few issues with the beacons to apply the new buffer settings.
