Teleportation deprecated

[OUTDATED] Look for Teleportation_Redux by Silari. Devices for the teleportation. Techs for mid- and late-game. You can teleport either to the special beacons or as far as you see (also usable in zoom-ro-world mapview). You can also use Telelogistics part after both enabling it through the in-game mod settings menu and researching the technology. Just place a Teleprovider, press R on it and select a destination Beacon. Need feedback about telelogistics energy cost.

g Teleporters locked to players something possible?

This is more a question then a suggestion btw.

I play on a modded OARC server where we are in a "locked in" starter base (by void border usually) and the admin coded/tweaked some soft code to let players in out via a car object that acts as a teleport to the only Silo in the game. Anyone then entering the car at the Silo gets sent back to their spawn point (not next to their starting tele-car)

I saw this mod and was thinking it would be a much NICER way to use dedicated teleporters, but with this mod as is, it would allow anyone (?) to jump into the personal "void protected" base and screw with it, but NOT if the teleport booths were player-locked, or had a permission setting by name list or ... basically WHATEVER is the easiest option based on permissible code. And anyway, late game available teleporters sound way cool.

Is this something that is actually POSSIBLE to do in the first place?
