There is error when using this mods with Py (Pyanadon) mods.

How to reproduce:

Uncheck all mods in Factorio
Add Py mods by adding https://mods.factorio.com/mod/pyalternativeenergy - which will add automatically other required mods.
Add this mod ( https://mods.factorio.com/mod/TarawindBeaconsRE )
When you restart Factorio you will see error: https://imgur.com/a/SgjSWsR

adding this to info.json file fixes the problem:

I have implemented the fix as you suggested. Please test it out since I have not played with Py.
