b Randomly disconnects from pipes?

I'm having an issue with this well, it will randomly disconnect from a pipe that it's connected to. I think it only happens when I load from a save because I can go hours in a game without seeing it happen but then I will find something not working anymore the next day. I haven't seen it happen on an underground pipe, only when a regular pipe is connected to the well, and only when the pipe turns right away as it exits the well (either a single pipe going left/right, or a "T connection" that the well is attached to). I've been changing them all to underground pipes as it happens and so far it hasn't reoccurred on those ones. Not sure how much help this is but just putting it out there.

Yeah, I'm running into a similar issue. I wondered if it had to do with the fact that most of the wells on my map were migrated from the legacy mod, so maybe the pipe connections broke during the migration. I haven't been able to catch a well "disconnecting" in the act, so it's possibly something that's happened on subsequent loads post-migration, or mid session.

At any rate, what I've found useful as a workaround is to have a delete blueprint filtered on all the pipe types in whatever mod you're using, and then just mark every pipe on the map for deletion and undo. The act of marking and unmarking seems to correct the pipe connections, though it's a bit of an awkward fix to perform every load.

Actually, I find myself able to reproduce this consistently by placing the well connecting to an already placed pipe (as opposed to placing the pipe connected to an already placed well). I imagine this is why many of them disconnected on migration because it was considered "placing" the new well entity.

No idea why, or what the fix for that would be, though.

I've seen this bug before with other buildings that had an incorrect placement of the fluid box. Here's an example of a recent one: https://github.com/pyanodon/pybugreports/issues/885

Not sure if that's relevant to this but that solution shows up with the same problem a few times.
